The key entry requirements are as follows:
- The application must be submitted by a RFID technology end-user company, a Hong Kong registered RFID technology vendor, or a HKSAR government bureau.
- Hong Kong registered end-user companies with RFID implementations in any countries are eligible to run for the Best EPC/RFID Implementation Award and Most Innovative Use of EPC/RFID Award.
- Non-Hong Kong registered end user companies with RFID implementations in any countries are eligible to submit entries jointly with their solutions providers registered in Hong Kong for the Best EPC/RFID Implementation Award and Most Innovative Use of EPC/RFID Award.
- RFID technology manufacturers and service providers running for the Most Innovative EPC/RFID Product Award must be Hong Kong registered companies.
- Applications submitted directly by RFID technology end-user companies are strongly encouraged and welcomed.
