1. EPC/RFID technology companies running for the Most Innovative EPC/RFID Product Award must be the owner of the intellectual property rights in EPC/RFID product submitted for the contest.
2. Applicants should submit their paper in full and all the information required in the nomination form by the deadline specified. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participants who fail to do so.
3. The Hong Kong RFID Awards will be granted at the sole discretion of the panel of judges. The decision of the judging panel on all results shall be final and conclusive. No appeals will be entertained.
4. All information and documents supplied by applicants including identities and commentaries drafted for the judging process will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the process of assessment in the Awards.
5. All applicants should be prepared to arrange site visits for the organizer or the panel of judges if necessary.
