Education and Training has always been a key focus of the GS1 Hong Kong. Apart from the regular workshops and seminars, the GS1 Hong Kong had joined forces with the Poon Kam Kai Institute of Management (PKKI) of the University of Hong Kong to offer an Executive Certificate in Supply Chain Management. The course was targeted at executives and IT professionals to manage and lead SCM implementation in organizations. In view of the resounding success of the first initiative, the Association and PKKI have successfully introduced a Graduate Diploma in e-Supply Chain and Logistics Leadership since October 2000.
