The SCM Consultancy Service Unit, as the consultancy arm of GS1 Hong Kong, has the mission to help our members adopt effective supply chain management to enhance their competitiveness and responsiveness to market changes in this highly volatile and competitive economic environment.

Process Measurement

While many can see the problems as the result of broken processes, few can pin down the radical causes.  Our process reference model is developed to be the cross-industry standard diagnostic tool for supply chain operation.  The Model can help you visualise your supply chains, be it simple or very complex, with a common set of process building blocks.  We apply the Model to set up measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to help you understand your business performance in logistics process efficiency, inventory control, cost of logistics and customer services.
