Ms. May Chung has comprehensive experiences in Consumer Goods Industry. May was the General Manager of Nestlé Hong Kong and also held different local and regional positions in various global corporations such as Kimberly-Clark, Swire Coca-Cola, General Mills and the Walt Disney Company in sales, marketing and market development areas. She also worked as a part-time tutor of Master Degree Course module, Strategic Management Issues in Asia Pacific, at Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU).   

May has been actively contributing to the industry. She is currently a non-official Member of the Hong Kong Government’s Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food, participating to steer the direction and coordinate the work of reducing salt and sugar intake by the local population. In addition, she is the Chairlady of GS1 Hong Kong Board as well as Chairlady of its Hong Kong Food & Beverage Industry Advisory Board, supporting the organization in advocating various industry-related initiatives. She was also the Vice-President of the Hong Kong Infant and Young Child Nutrition Association and a member of Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, Women Executives Club. With her significant contributions to the industry and the society, May has received the Fellowship Award of Asian College of Knowledge Management and the Asian Outstanding Leadership Award for Women.

May received a Master of Science Degree in International Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hon) in Business Studies from University of Strathclyde in United Kingdom and the City University of Hong Kong respectively.
 

Anna has more than 30 years of CEO experience in steering the strategic direction of the organisation, spearheading major strategic innovative initiatives that have revolutionized the way companies do business locally and globally, helping HK business community thrive.

She has led GS1 Hong Kong to establish platforms, ecosystems and programmes that have driven industry adoption of global supply chain standards, practices and technologies for enhanced business efficiency, digital commerce and IoT development across industries. 

Ms Lin attains Chartered Fellow (FCILT), granted by The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in 2018, recognising her achievement and contribution to the industries in Hong Kong.

Eric manages AfterShip's 1,100+ partnerships with logistics companies globally including carriers, forwarders, and fulfillment companies to serve AfterShip's 17,000 global business customers. He has helped AfterShip achieve recognition with companies like FedEx, UPS, and DHL publicly recognizing AfterShip as a key strategic partner.

Irene joined Airport Authority Hong Kong in 2018 as the Assistant General Manager in Aviation Logistics Division, taking a leading role in air cargo digitalization.
 
She has substantial freight forwarding, contract logistics and supply chain management and consulting experience as gained particularly through various senior roles and business units of Deutsche Post DHL Group, with the last position held as Vice President, Supply Chain Solutions, North Asia, DHL Supply Chain. As a strong supporter of e-Commerce and digital logistics, Irene has taken challenges in working for a number of technology-based supply chain start-ups and has proven experience in setting up own venture from ideation.
 
Irene is an Engineering graduate (BEng and MScEng) from the University of Hong Kong. She also holds a Master Degree in Applied Finance from the Western Sydney University and is a passed finalist of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting, U.K.

Currently serving as the Group IT and Digital Transformation Director Asia at AS Watson Group, Bobby has established himself as a visionary leader and a catalyst for organizational growth. Bobby holds three Master's degrees from renowned universities, specializing in Business Administration, Managerial Economics, and Information Engineering with distinguish Master Thesis Award. His dedication and expertise have earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious Best CIO Award in various disciplines such as Best Leadership, Excellence Performance, and IT Excellence in Knowledge Management.

Chester joined MTR Corporation as Graduate Trainee, and co-founded Hong Kong’s leading one-stop green lifestyle reward platform Carbon Wallet from zero to one in 2021. He currently heads up the social innovation venture as a subsidiary of MTR Lab.

He is passionate about driving sustainable consumption for cities, and strives to transform issue-based climate communications into action-based engagement to inspire climate actions among individuals.
 

Ms Joyce Lee has held the position of Sales Operations Supervision in Management of Office University Furniture Since 1988.  She has over 25 years of working experience in Sze Wo Chaan Gas Engineering Co Ltd.  Since 2012, Ms. Lee has been the director of Crown Gas Stoves Holdings Co.,Ltd Administration, promoting safety and social responsibility services to the market.  She was appointed as the Advisory Committee, HKSAR Gas Safety in 2018, and was appointed as an Executive Committee Member of SME Sustainability Society in 2022 to promote and drive community ESG and SDG.

Mr Wallace Lam joined DBS in August 2021 as Managing Director and Head of Institutional Banking Group, Hong Kong. 

Mr Lam is responsible for managing and growing the bank’s Hong Kong corporate and institutional banking franchise, including the corporate finance advisory as well as the syndicated finance businesses.   

Before joining DBS, Wallace had over 26 years of experience and held numerous senior management positions at HSBC, including Head of Corporate, Commercial Banking, Hong Kong; Co-Head of Global Banking, Hong Kong; Head of Client Coverage, Mainland China; and Managing Director and Head of High Yield Capital Markets and Commercial Banking Debt Origination, Asia Pacific.

Wallace is a member of the Supervisory Board, the Audit Committee, and Taskforce on Financing of the Hong Kong Housing Society; member of the Funds Management Sub-Committee of the Hong Kong Housing Authority; Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers as well as member of the Career Development Advisory Council of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Business School.

Wallace graduated cum laude from the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley, USA, holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with double emphases in Finance and Marketing.
 

Ms. Ella Yu joined DBS in 2019 as team lead for Cash Product team and implemented DBS HK’s first CTC deal. Ella later moved to Ecosystems team, where she focused on co-creating innovative solutions with Ecosystem partners to enhance customer journey. In July 2022, Ella led DBS team and launched a paper-less digital trade finance solution co-created with GS1. 

Prior to joining DBS Bank, Ella has developed an extensive background of over 15 years on corporate treasury where Ella implemented multiple innovative fintech and banking solutions including virtual credit card, cross-border ACH and cloud-based treasury management system, these solutions generated significant cost saving for her corporate clients. 

With this career progress with DBS, she will continue to co-create more digital solutions with the right partners to support the facilitation of SME community.

Mohit is the lead partner for sustainability services in Hong Kong and brings with him over 20 years of professional experience. He has led numerous engagements across different industries to help organisations develop strategic risk capabilities, sustainability and ESG data management strategies, climate and ESG risk assessments and build organisation capabilities in supply chain & crisis management. 

As an expert in sustainability, Mohit has been invited to lead policy shaping initiatives in the areas of climate and sustainability in the Asia Pacific region.

Mohit is a member of the Steering Committee of the Climate Governance Initiative (CGI) chapter in Hong Kong, and represented Deloitte Singapore in the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) Sustainability Committee, driving the awareness and capability building at all levels with the focus on Boards and executive leadership.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Mohit held regional and global leadership Positions in AstraZeneca, a global Pharmaceutical company, where he led initiatives across a range of strategic topics and implemented large-scale transformations across the business.

Marcus Spurrell is an entrepreneurial technologist with a deep background in digital innovation and retail strategy. In the capacity of Chief Technology Officer and Board member at DFI Retail Group for the last five years, he has been pivotal in transforming retail IT infrastructure  to support more than 10,000 stores across Asia. Marcus also led the development of 'Yuu Rewards,' a market-leading digital loyalty super-app.
 
Prior to his return to Hong Kong in 2018 Marcus was SVP of digital loyalty, data & analytics at US$80bn behemoth Ahold Delhaize and led digital and ecommerce growth at adidas across three continents prior to that.
 
Marcus has lived in Asia for 20 years and currently resides in Hong Kong with his wife and three children.

Mr. Will Fu is a data and analytics leader and has over 15 years of experience across Hong Kong, Macau and Europe helping organizations to transform and build a data-driven culture.
 
Will is currently the VP of Business Intelligence and Analytics at Galaxy Macau, responsible for the enterprise-wide data strategy and analytics roadmap, with a goal to harness data to create business value and support better decision making to enable growth across multiple business units from Gaming, Hospitality, Retail, F&B to Operations.
 
Prior to joining Galaxy Macau, he held executives roles at Citigroup and HSBC in Hong Kong and Staples Europe in the United Kingdom.
 
Will holds the prestigious position as Vice-Chairman of Aston University Alumni Hong Kong and Macau, where he foster strong connections among graduates and industry leaders.  He is also a Founding Fellow of Hong Kong’s DaLa (Data Literacy Association), where he promote the importance and value of data skills in the society.
 
Will holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Aston University in the UK.  He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Mignone is an all-rounded marketing professional specialised in IT and Digital Commerce sectors.  She joined GS1 Hong Kong in March 2018 and is responsible to lead and inspire a diverse team of corporate marketing & communications, event management, digital marketing, product marketing, industry engagement and development.

As the Chief Marketing Officer at GS1 Hong Kong, Mignone has been actively involved in developing and driving omni-channel commerce and industry programs to help GS1HK members go digital & go green.  Mignone has been working closely with retailers, marketplaces, brands and solution providers, as well as industry trade associations to facilitate businesses accelerating digital transformation.

Dr. Charm has amassed over three decades of experience in the innovation and technology industry. He previously served as the Chief Public Mission Officer of Cyberport and held senior executive positions at leading multinational, Chinese, and Hong Kong enterprises such as IBM, Oracle, HSBC, Jardine Pacific, and Kingdee. Dr. Charm specializes in digital strategy and transformation, corporate innovation, intrapreneurship, and start-up cultivation. He possesses technical expertise in areas such as big data, AI, fintech, blockchain, and e-commerce.

Currently, Dr. Charm holds the position of Chairman and Principal Advisor at several elite Asia-based start-ups, including OpenCertHub, Wizpresso, Buyandship, Posify, HairCoSys, and more. He provides advisory services to leading enterprises such as Transunion, foodpanda, and Hong Kong Airport Authority on their digital and data strategy.
Dr. Charm is an associate director and professor (EMBA) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has designed and delivered executive courses to influential enterprises in Asia, including Chow Tai Fook, AIA, China Construction Bank, and more.

Dr. Charm has been an active contributor to the innovation and technology ecosystem in Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area, and ASEAN. In 2022, he founded the Data Literacy Association. Since 2019, he has been the Chief Judge of HKICT Awards (FinTech) and, since 2022, Chair Judge of Business GoVirtual Tech Awards (Digital Transformation). Matthew Chan is a renowned digital-focused Entrepreneur & Technology Strategist with extensive experience in Asia and China's digital landscape, focuses on enterprise digital transformation and business innovation. Mr. Chan is currently serving as the Group Chief Digital Officer in Jardine Restaurant Group to drive corporate digital transformation, omnichannel commerce, digital technology & business Innovation. Prior to that,as the CDO in K11 Group & in charge of Digital of New World Group, Matthew established the digital organisation, culture & ecosystem across China and HK from scratch. As an active Angel investor, Matthew is a strong advocate for startup culture, he has held key advisory roles in various corporate innovation, retail technology and digital startup associations, demonstrating his commitment to enhancing digital & technology innovation across the region.

Christina Wang is the Regional Director of Hong Kong & Taiwan for Love, Bonito - Southeast Asia's leading omnichannel womenswear brand committed to empowering the everyday modern women. Christina sets the vision for the region and leads market strategy, business expansion, operational excellence and brand & community building in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

Before taking up a position in Love, Bonito in January 2022, Christina had over a decade of experience in fashion and luxury with brands such as Givenchy, Wolford and Dunhill. She has expertise and key insights in retail while overseeing their strategic development and APAC expansion, and played an integral role in leading business negotiations, as well as building regional growth strategies.

Louis Mah

Louis is Director of Group IT of Maxim’s Group. Louis is responsible to overseeing technology related, formulate strategy with innovation ideas to grow technological capabilities. Louis manages various functional team leads to ensuring the IT operations and supporting services to Businesses, Manufacturing and Functional Departments. In past 4 years, the rapid business digital transformation in F&B industry, Louis has been managing various digital mobile, websites and automation implementation; aims to enhance and uplift customers digital journey and eCommerce multi-channels.

To cope with Business expansion, Louis had also made ample progress to establish new chains of technological oversight as well as strengthening security and access measures across the Companies in all markets. He determines the Cloud strategy and implementation roadmap for entire Company’s workflow into Cloud architecture.

In 2015, IT Department was a team with 40 members and businesses covered in HK, China, and Vietnam. Now Louis leads a team over 200 members based in different locations. Company businesses expansion to Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand in 2017 – 2019 and in Nov 2022, business landed in Laos. 

Prior to joining Maxim’s, Louis worked in a Multi-National Retail Chain Group from 1999 – 2015, being a Business Solutions Managers and implemented ERP, CRM and Store Solutions across Asia Markets. Louis was appointed to be IT Director in Taiwan on 2011, apart from IT Management related, also implemented eCommerce platform with millions of memberships, participating the Digital Transformation from Web to App eCommerce.

Mr Steve Atkinson is the Group General Manager, QSE & Sustainability of Swire Coca-Cola. He has based in Hong Kong for 13 years. He joined the Coca-Cola System 3 years ago, and before that, worked in the Aviation industry for 23 years, primarily in Quality, Safety, Continuous improvement and Sustainability roles in the UK and Hong Kong.

Steve is currently leading the Quality, Safety and Environmental Sustainability strategy across the Swire Coca-Cola Group, which operates bottling, distribution and sales franchises in the US, Chinese Mainland, Taiwan Region, HKSAR, Vietnam and Cambodia.

Mr. Kevin Orr, Group Vice President & Chief Investment Officer of Winner Medical Group (300888.SZ).  Mr. Orr is specialized in public health & preventive medicine, and he is recognized as United Nations SDG Pioneer of China.

Mr. Orr supports social innovation & impactful programs by our initiated charitable foundation and “Power of Cotton Action”, he also accelerates SDGs actions and ESG with research advocacy, as he has invited as guest speakers sharing for various global conferences at United Nations ECOSOC Partnership Forum, BOAO Asia GEDS Forum, and International Federation of Ageing Global Conference. Mr Orr was the independent non-executive director of a Hong Kong public listed company for national environmental hygiene service & hazardous waste treatment industry, and the former Member for Sustainable Development Council of the Hong Kong SAR Government. 

Mr. Orr was graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Master of Public Health degree in Faculty of Medicine, and he has received various executive & public administration education at Tsinghua University, Harvard Business School, University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and National University of Singapore.  Mr. Orr is the Committee Member of All-China Youth Federation, Co-founding President of Life Sciences & Medical Development Foundation, Global Expert Group Member of United Nations Global Compact “Sustainable Healthcare Infrastructure for the BRI to Accelerate the SDGs” Action Platform, Honorary Advisor for Multi-Scale Medical Robotics Center of InnoHK, Vice Chairman of Centum Charitas Foundation, and he has received as Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong, and Forbes China GBA 30 ESG Entrepreneur.
