Stepped into its 19th edition, the annual Summit brings together the best, from C-level executive, industry pioneers and influencers from Hong Kong and Asia Pacific, to exchange ideas and discuss the latest topic and concerns surrounding the omni-channel and overall supply chain efficiency.
GS1 HK高峰会2019圆满结束
以「智能商贸: 创造‧连系‧协作」作为主题GS1 HK高峰会2019，是本会成立30周年纪念活动的压轴高潮。超过25位演讲嘉宾在会上进行了各式各样精彩的讨论和交流，分享了他们就结合智能技术、新运作模式及业务策略的想法，如何改善消费者的旅程并增强业务连通性。
运输及房屋局副局长苏伟文博士，BBS，JP，以主礼贵宾身份在会上致开幕词。他强调供应链上的信息互联互通与完善的交通基建网络都非常重要，能巩固香港作为亚洲物流枢纽的地位及达致最佳物流效率。
会上亦宣布了《数码零售的兴起》报告的调查结果，该报告显示，超过一半的香港受访消费者认为自己是“精通科技”，主要活动是网上理财。

该报告的调查结果在CEO论坛中引发了商界领袖的热烈讨论，同时分享了自己对全渠道商业策略以保持竞争优势的秘诀，透露如何增进与Z世代消费者的沟通及互动。
数码化带来大量数据，如何利用数据来创建以消费者为中心的体验、并增强业务联通性往往是企业需要面临的挑战。业界精英讲解了各自的创新案例和策略，从建立数码生态、塑造“文化零售”概念到革新供应链联通的过程都有涉猎。与会者对讨论都显得深感兴趣，获得各类启发。
其后，峰会续以全新的「董事论坛：创新 · 革新 ·延伸」作为压轴，当中历史悠久的品牌与别出心裁的新机构董事共聚一起，分享创业及守业点滴，与及需要与时并进的创新旅程，如何赢得消费者的心。
