Our Open Roles
Officer, Helpdesk & Operation
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to existing members through various channels, including Email, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.
- Answer inbound calls and address inquiries from members.
- Make outbound follow-up calls regarding the application process.
- Handle daily operational administrative tasks assigned by the line manager.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Team Head or Department Head
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, with a proven track record in managing relationships with clients/members and partners/vendors.
- Patient and well-organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create reports and presentations effectively.
Manager, Business Development – Smart Business Solutions
Role Overview
The Manager, Business Development is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across assigned customer groups, partners, and industry sectors. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales lifecycle, and promoting smart business solutions including IoT, barcode, data service, sustainability and traceability solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction across customer segments, partners, and industry verticals
• Proactively identify, acquire, and develop new customers to expand sales markets
• Build and manage both new and existing client portfolios independently
• Collaborate closely with the solution marketing team to plan and execute marketing and PR initiatives
• Manage customer relationships throughout the entire engagement lifecycle to ensure long-term satisfaction
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, requirements analysis, solution alignment with pre-sales teams, proposal preparation, negotiation, order closing, project execution, and payment collection
• Promote and sell smart business solutions, including IoT, data service, sustainability and traceability solutions
• Manage and align internal and external stakeholder expectations
• Review project timelines and budgets to ensure commercial and operational alignment
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches
Requirements
• Strong understanding of process of supply Chain, sustainability and traceability solutions, particularly within supply chain management, retail, logistics, and healthcare sectors
• Hands-on experience in IT implementation projects
• Proven business development experience, including market identification, strategy development, and solution-driven selling
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and present quarterly targets, forecasts, and pipeline reviews
• Highly motivated to grow the business through new customers, markets, and territories
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into effective solutions
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software solution sales, including at least 3 years in IT related business
• Solid knowledge of direct marketing practices with a verifiable sales track record
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager or Senior Officer, Business Development roles.
