林洁贻女士现为香港货品编码协会总裁，拥有超过 30 年高层管理资历，于制定策略、推行业务计划及开拓行业创
新平台方面经验丰富，为企业的营运方式带来变革，推动企业在本地及海外业务的发展。林女士带领协会建立各类平台、生态圈及计划，以推动各行业采纳全球供应链标准、最佳实务及应用技术，协助企业提升效率、促进电子商贸及物联网发展。

林女士于2012年获香港特别行政区政府委任为太平绅士、于2023年获颁授荣誉勳章、并于2018年获香港物流与运输学会颁授院士(FCILT)名衔，表扬其在推动本地物流及运输行业发展的贡献及成就。为推进协作，林女士同时兼任多个香港特区政府、业界及区域性组织筹组委员会的公职，当中包括：

林女士是本港居民，持有英国伯明翰大学工商管理(策略管理)硕士学位。

Chapman Fong is Director, Hub Development at Airport Authority Hong Kong, where he leads strategic initiatives to strengthen Hong Kong International Airport’s position as a premier global aviation and logistics gateway.    
With more than three decades of experience in the aviation industry, Chapman has held senior roles across terminal and airfield operations, cargo development, and route development. He has contributed to a range of pioneering initiatives, including the development of the world’s first cross-boundary intermodal transfer service, as well as the deployment of innovative technologies such as digital apron operations and autonomous vehicles at Hong Kong International Airport.

Chapman is a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, and the Royal Aeronautical Society. He holds a Master’s degree in Transport Studies from The University of Hong Kong and has completed executive development programmes at the University of Cambridge, London Business School, and Columbia University. His areas of expertise include airport development, intermodal connectivity, aviation innovation, and logistics hub strategy.

陈永安Roger于针织行业拥有丰富经验，并在利洋针织及香港纺织与制衣业界担任多项重要领导职务。

身为针织行业的先驱企业——利洋针织的首席营运总监兼首席技术总监，Roger负责统筹公司的营运管理及科技创新工作，积极采用尖端科技工具及数码化方案，持续提升公司设计能力及生产效率，服务大众市场零售商至高端时装品牌。凭藉人工智能技术及业界领先的数码针织资产资料库，Roger 及其团队能够提供高品质的虚拟设计及可直接投产的数据方案，推动传统针织制造业向科技驱动的产业模式转型。

除了利洋针织的职务外，陈永安同时担任香港羊毛化纤针织业厂商会会长、制衣业训练局主席及香港纺织业联会副会长，充分展现他在业界的影响力。透过这些领导岗位，他积极参与制订行业标准、维护业界利益，并推动创新发展、数码转型及可持续发展等重要议题。

Dr. Toa Charm is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in the innovation and technology industry. His expertise spans various domains, including AI/Big Data, FinTech, Corporate Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Digital Transformation. Dr. Charm has held senior management positions at Cyberport, HSBC, IBM, Oracle, Kingdee, and Jardine. He published his book titled "数码力大提升" (Boost Your Digital Power) and a few international business cases. Dr. Charm received accolades such as the 2019 College of Business Distinguished Alumni Award and the 2018 Doctor of Business Administration Alumni Award from CityU HK.

Dr. Charm is actively involved in advising enterprises on digital transformation, data literacy empowerment, and data monetization strategies. He has provided guidance to renowned organizations such as Bank of East Asia, China Everbright Bank, China Construction Bank, Transunion, Sun Life, AIA, BLUE, Chow Tai Fook, Harbour City, foodpanda, Airport Authority, Ricoh, ONE, CLP, MTR, HKTDC, Baidu and Lenovo.

Dr. Charm played a pivotal role in establishing Cyberport as a global leader in the digital tech ecosystem, attracting over 1,200 digital companies from more than 30 countries, including multiple unicorns. He currently chairs a few Asia's elite start-ups including OpenCertHub, Posify, Buyandship, Wizpresso, Lively Impact, HairCoSys and Kingsware.

Dr. Charm's contributions extend beyond individual companies. He serves as the Founding Chairman of the Data Literacy Association and holds key positions in various industry organizations. These include the President of the IoT Industry Advisory Council at GS1 HK, member in the Technology Council of Macau SAR Government, ExCo member of the Startup Council of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI), mentor in the ELITE & LEAP Admission Panel at Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks (HKSTP), member of the Entrepreneurship Centre Advisory Group at Hong Kong Cyberport, member of the Tech Panel at Hong Kong Applied Science & Technology Institute (ASTRI), member of Digital Economy at Hong Kong Consumer Council.

Furthermore, Dr. Charm actively contributes to nurturing the next generation of leaders through his teaching engagements at leading universities such as the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), Swiss Business School, Institute for China Business at HKU, and Greater Bay Area Business School. He received Faculty Teaching Merit Awards in 3 consecutive years (2021-23) from CUHK. Dr. Charm completed executive training programs at MIT, Stanford, Oxford, UC-Berkeley, Northwestern, Ivey, and CEIBS

Mr. Law is a Sustainability Partner at Deloitte China with 15 years' experience advising public and private companies on ESG strategy, sustainability and financial reporting, and assurance. He works with boards and executive teams to strengthen governance and capacity, quantify and account for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across the value chain — including Scope 3 — assess climate resilience, develop decarbonisation strategies, and prepare disclosures that balance business implications with regulatory and ISSB-aligned expectations.

Before Deloitte, Mr. Law served at a leading global professional services firm and was Sustainability Director at the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), where he led the localisation of sustainability standards — aligned with the ISSB — and built capacity programmes for practitioners and listed companies. He also supported the preparation of the Implementation Guidance for Climate Disclosures under the HKEX ESG Reporting Framework, and now serves on HKICPA's Sustainability Committee, advancing sustainability upskilling for the profession.

Mr. Law is a member of the GHG Protocol Technical Working Group, contributing to revisions of global greenhouse gas accounting standards — the foundation for credible Scope 3 and supply-chain emissions data — serves on the advisory committee for a sustainability-related master's programme at a Hong Kong university, and is a certified public accountant in both Hong Kong and the United States.
