(Hong Kong, 14 June 2016) – GS1 Hong Kong and Retail Asia Expo announced the winners of the Top 10 eCommerce Website Awards 2016. The winners were honored at the Retail Asia Expo 2016 Opening Ceremony joined by industry VIPs, Advisory Committee members and senior executives from the retail industry.

Jointly organised by GS1 Hong Kong and Retail Asia Expo, the Top 10 eCommerce Website Awards reward stores, companies and web portals for maintaining consistent and exemplary standards in improving user experience and promoting retail sales via digital portals or websites. This prestigious annual award for Hong Kong’s retail industry recognizes websites that have raised the bar for user experience and achieved phenomenal sales growth.

This year’s Awards received entries from over 50 renowned companies. The selection of the final recipients of the Awards was undertaken by a judging panel convened by professionals from GS1 Hong Kong, Diversified Communications Hong Kong and The Committee of The Best Practice of eCommerce.

The winners have successfully demonstrated excellence in various areas such as innovation, customer services, site effectiveness, user friendliness, human interaction efficiency, search engine effectiveness, branding differentiation, multi-device friendliness, social media integration, order process and omni-channel.

3M eShop – provides a one-stop portal shopping experience with effective display of content, clear categorisation of products and well-developed customer hotline.

Bonjour Cosmetic Wholesale Center Limited – provides consumers convenience with diverse secure payment methods. Hong Kong and Mainland customers can use their preferred channel to pay and enjoy user-friendly purchase process.

Bossini Enterprises Limited – successively conquers the leading position in the retail apparel industry with distinctive promotional campaigns, efficient order process, world-wide delivery and after-sale caring service.

Chow Sang Sang Jewellery Co. Ltd. – illustrates a prestigious brand equity with its logo, label, website design and composition of content. Multi-device friendliness is demonstrated through its operation efficiency and compatibility.

FingerShopping Limited – offers omni-channel shopping experience with effective logistics, customer services and in-store support. The collaboration with Circle K enables customers to conveniently collect purchased items at over 300 locations in Hong Kong.

Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited – provides seamless shopping experience to customers with omni-channel retailing, which combines social media promotion campaigns, online and offline services. Customers can purchase online and receive products in stores. – tailors customer personal preferences based on their viewed items to accurately provide related products. The comprehensive customer service allows payment after product delivery, valid refund policy, and prompt service hotline.

Nike H.K. Ltd. – creates customer shopping experience with smooth order process, fast and efficient delivery and caring customer services. Remarketing campaigns enable precise suggestions of products that suit for customer preferences.

Samsonite Asia Limited – offers user-friendly website features, including clear categorisation and search bar with suggestions. High search engine effectiveness is achieved for both generic and long-tail keywords that related to its products.

Zara Asia Limited – updates customers with its latest and fast moving apparel items that are synchronised and available at both online shopping site and physical stores.
