Ms. Lam has been engaged in relevant work even before the Hong Kong Stock Exchange required listed companies to publish ESG reports, demonstrating her rich industry experience. Ms. Lam holds a master’s degree in Corporate Environmental Management from the University of Hong Kong and has completed the GRI Standards Certified Training Program. She is also a Certified Environmental, Social and Governance Analyst (CESGA®), certified by the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS).

Mr. William Lau, a current esteemed member of the HKICPA, holds a master’s degree of Science in Risk Management, reflecting his profound knowledge and expertise in the field. With over 12 years of experience in assurance and risk management advisory services, he has actively contributed to numerous pre-IPO projects for esteemed corporations across Hong Kong,

Macau, the People's Republic of China, Malaysia, and Singapore. His extensive involvement encompasses diverse areas such as Merger & Acquisition, Corporate assessment, offering training products, and auditing. Mr. Lau possesses specialized proficiency in providing internal control review services in accordance with Practice Note 21 of the Listing Rules of the HKEX, as well as Practice Note 2 of the Growth Enterprise Market Listing Rules of HKEX. He also brings extensive experience in conducting internal audit and risk management consultancy services for listed clients, adhering to the Code of Corporate Governance. Ms. Heidi Ho has been working in supply chain and international logistics arena since 1990’s responsible to introduce and manage Asia Pacific supply chain management for leading multinational companies. Ms. Ho current position is the Principal Consultant for GS1 Hong Kong, leading the professional services team to provide supply chain and logistics management trainings, manage APEC or local government supply chain initiatives as well as provide business consultation services. Ms. Ho is also a Part-time lecturer for Hong Kong University and Vocation Training Council on Service Supply Chain, General Management, People Management, Operations Management and International Logistics & Supply Chain Management. Since 90s, Ms. Ho has set up Asia Pacific supply chain function for various multi- national corporations. She has introduced supply chain strategies from network balancing, production optimization, value-added logistics and efficient consumer response to corporations. Ms. Ho is currently leading GS1 professional services team, has trained over 1000 trainees over years, spoke over hundreds events on modern logistics and supply chain for government, industry associations or companies, managed over hundreds of projects from government to individual

company across countries. Ms. Ho is also core members of ECR Hong Kong Advisory Board, Food & Beverage Industry Advisory Board, Government’s Trade Consultation Group and Consumer Liaison Group, Food Safety Consortium, Trade Advisor for Trade Industry Department (SUCCESS) and Trade Advisor for Trade Development Council (SME).
