Overview
The IOT Data Hackathon serves as a platform to bring together young innovators, problem solvers and data enthusiasts in Hong Kong to harness the power of IoT data for building impactful solutions and tackling real world business challenges.
During the hackathon, you will have access to cutting edge technologies, expert mentors, and a wealth of data sets Expect to dive into exciting challenges, discover novel approaches, and develop transformative ideas that push the boundaries of what is possible.
Objective

Challenge Themes
Demonstrate the use of IoT alternative data to tackle business challenges in one of the below themes
Smart City
- Create solutions to make a city more efficient, sustainable and livable, tackle challenges such as energy efficiency, transportation, waste management, air quality, public health and safety, and more…
Smart Supply Chain
- Develop solutions to help create a smarter supply chain –inventory management, warehouse & logistics, demand forecasting, workflow, traceability & visibility, sustainability & circularity, risk & resilience, and more…
Participants will have access to technology tools and data sets to address challenges by:
- uncovering patterns
- identifying trends emerging opportunities
