鍾美玲小姐於消費品行業擁有豐富經驗。鍾美玲小姐曾為雀巢香港有限公司總經理及亦曾於多家跨國企業出任要職，包括金佰利 (Kimberly-Clark)、太古可口可樂 (Swire Coca-Cola)、通用磨坊 (General Mills)及華特迪士尼 (The Walt Disney) 等，在本地及區域市場負責銷售、市場營銷、市場發展等方面的工作。鍾美玲小姐亦曾於香港都會大學碩士課程擔任亞太區管理策略研究的兼職導師。

鍾美玲小姐一向積極為業界作出貢獻，現為香港政府降低食物中鹽和糖委員會的非官方委員，就減低香港市民鹽和糖的攝入量，參與制定政策方向及統籌相關工作。另外，鍾小姐現任香港貨品編碼協會董事局主席及其香港食品及飲品行業諮詢委員會主席，積極推動與業界相關的項目。鍾小姐亦曾是香港嬰幼兒營養聯會副主席及香港總商會卓妍社會員。鍾美玲小姐對業界及社會的貢獻備受肯定，並獲亞洲知識管理學院頒授院士榮銜及亞洲傑出女領袖獎的殊榮。

林女士是本港居民，持有英國伯明翰大學工商管理(策略管理)碩士學位。

Mr. Ho is the Chief Information Officer at AXA Hong Kong & Macau, where he is responsible for overseeing the company's entire information technology division, including technology strategy and transformation delivery involving AI, Big Data, Cloud, and Digital solutions. His primary focus is to simplify the technology architecture, maximize operations efficiency and legacy modernization for AXA. Prior to joining AXA, Gary held senior executive positions at AIA and Sun Life, where he led the Digital Innovation, Data Engineering and Enterprise Architecture functions. Before entering the insurance sector, Gary worked as a management consultant at Accenture and IBM, handling multiple digital transformation projects for global financial services companies across APAC & EMEA countries, from strategy to implementation. Gary holds an MBA degree from the University of Iowa – Henry B. Tippie School of Management in the US. Furthermore, he is a TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect, an IBM Certified Senior IT Architect with a specialization in API Integration, an IBM Certified Cloud Solution Advisor, and a Microsoft Certified Azure Cloud Specialist.

• Keith Wong is responsible for managing and driving the business of Check Point Harmony Pillar – focus on Threat Prevention solutions including cyber security protection on Email, End Point/EDR/XDR, Mobile, SASE, SaaS, Gen. AI Security to support of Greater China (GC) region.

Ms. Ella Yu joined DBS in 2019 as team lead for Cash Product and implemented DBS HK’s first CTC deal. Ella later moved to Ecosystems team, where she focused on co-creating innovative solutions with Ecosystem partners to enhance customer journey. In July 2022, Ella led DBS team and launched a paper-less digital trade finance solution co-created with GS1. 

Prior to joining DBS Bank, Ella has developed an extensive background of over 15 years on corporate treasury where Ella implemented multiple innovative fintech and banking solutions including virtual credit card, cross-border ACH and cloud-based treasury management system, these solutions generated significant cost saving for her corporate clients. 

With this career progress with DBS, she will continue to co-create more digital solutions with the right partners to support the facilitation of SME community.   

Winnie Chai is the Head of Digital Partnership, Centre of Excellence, and Digital Academy at DFI Retail Group. In this role, she is responsible for driving the growth of the company’s digital businesses through strategic projects that engage diverse markets and stakeholders. Before joining DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited, Winnie served as the Brand & Partnership Director at Tmall Group, Alibaba, where she successfully led campaigns and co-branding initiatives with local partners. Additionally, she has held various roles in brand management, market strategy, and planning for FMCG and beauty brands such as Estée Lauder and Procter & Gamble.

Mr Ben Au has been working in the logistics industry for more than 20 years who acts as a management role for many different job functions. Mr Au has solid experiences in sales & marketing, logistics operation, project management, solution design, process reengineering, and financial management which makes him an all-rounded entrepreneur. With his uniqueness of multi-skilled background, he established Empower SCM Ltd. since 2017. 

Empower SCM is a startup company which focuses on building an ecosystem and resources sharing platform for E-Commerce industry. It provides a full scope of services includes B2C & B2B fulfillment, Inventory Management, Financing, Marketing, Operating System, Shipping Channels, X-Ray Cargo Screening & Air Freight solutions. It currently has more than 300,000 sqft operating areas in HK serving E-Commerce Platforms, 3PLs, Brand Owners, and SMEs. 

Mr Au obtained Bachler Degree in Industrial Engineering & Engineering Management at HKUST. He started his career in the logistics industry and worked in multi-national logistics companies, including UPS SCS, DB Schenker (BAX Global), Agility & Jusda, before he becomes an Entrepreneur.
 

Brian Chan is the ERP Project Director of Gammon Construction, with focus to revamp the company’s IT systems.  One of the key initiatives is to implement Single Source of Truth for the company.  

Brian took on various IT leadership roles in adidas Group, Carlsberg Group, PVH Corp. and Jebsen Group.  He is also a member of the HK Computer Society Retail Tech Industry Group.
 

James Leung is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the logistics industry. He serves as the Vice President of Key Accounts for the APAC region as well as Vice President of Sales for Korea and Japan at Geek+. 
Since joining the company in 2019, he has leveraged his expertise in strategic account management and sales leadership. With a proven track record of innovation and leadership in logistics, James is committed to driving operational excellence and providing value to clients across the Asia Pacific region and beyond.

Dr Edmund Lee is General Manager & Head of Group ESG Initiatives of Gold Peak Technology Group. He is the former Executive Director of Hong Kong Design Centre, the HKSAR Government’s strategic partner in design dedicated to raising Hong Kong’s profile as a design hub and driving value creation through creative thinking, design and innovation.

He has a broad range of leadership roles and extensive management experience gained in science-based, design-led and innovation-driven organizations across public and private sectors. He is a Companion of Chartered Management Institute, a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, and a Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Directors.

Trained as a biotechnologist in biomanufacturing and pharmaceutical industry with PhD from King’s College London and MBA from Warwick Business School, Edmund has emerged as a public-sector entrepreneur, a change champion, a design advocate and a Listco executive. He has also completed executive education in Sustainable Leadership & ESG Investing, Design, Smart City, Blockchain, Corporate Governance and Non-profit Management from globally renowned institutions.

Michael Yue (余名德) is Managing Director and General Manager, Sales and Operations of Google Hong Kong. He has 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and operations. Joined Google in 2011, he has held sales leadership positions, partnering with businesses across retail, ecommerce, media and entertainment, and financial services sectors on digital strategy in APAC. Most recently, Michael was the global head of sales strategy and enablement responsible for the development and growth of Google’s advertising sales force.

Prior to joining Google, Michael held roles at Hewlett Packard Canada (Enterprise) leading business strategy, with one of the achievements as launching innovative programs for SMEs.

Michael holds an Executive MBA degree from the Kellogg-HKUST EMBA program and a Honours Business Administration (HBA) from Ivey Business School in Canada. With a strong entrepreneurial mindset and coaching skill, he is passionate about youth empowerment

Dr. Toa Charm is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in the innovation and technology industry. His expertise spans various domains, including AI/Big Data, FinTech, Corporate Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Digital Transformation. Dr. Charm has held senior management positions at Cyberport, HSBC, IBM, Oracle, Kingdee, and Jardine. He published his book titled "數碼力大提升" (Boost Your Digital Power) and a few international business cases. Dr. Charm received accolades such as the 2019 College of Business Distinguished Alumni Award and the 2018 Doctor of Business Administration Alumni Award from CityU HK.

Dr. Charm is actively involved in advising enterprises on digital transformation, data literacy empowerment, and data monetization strategies. He has provided guidance to renowned organizations such as Bank of East Asia, China Everbright Bank, China Construction Bank, Transunion, Sun Life, AIA, BLUE, Chow Tai Fook, Harbour City, foodpanda, Airport Authority, Ricoh, ONE, CLP, MTR, HKTDC, Baidu and Lenovo.

Dr. Charm played a pivotal role in establishing Cyberport as a global leader in the digital tech ecosystem, attracting over 1,200 digital companies from more than 30 countries, including multiple unicorns. He currently chairs a few Asia's elite start-ups including OpenCertHub, Posify, Buyandship, Wizpresso, Lively Impact, HairCoSys and Kingsware.

Dr. Charm's contributions extend beyond individual companies. He serves as the Founding Chairman of the Data Literacy Association and holds key positions in various industry organizations. These include the President of the IoT Industry Advisory Council at GS1 HK, member in the Technology Council of Macau SAR Government, ExCo member of the Startup Council of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI), mentor in the ELITE & LEAP Admission Panel at Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks (HKSTP), member of the Entrepreneurship Centre Advisory Group at Hong Kong Cyberport, member of the Tech Panel at Hong Kong Applied Science & Technology Institute (ASTRI), member of Digital Economy at Hong Kong Consumer Council.

With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Dave has an impressive track record as Head of IT and Chief Architect on IT strategic planning and digital transformation initiatives.

Currently serving as the Vice President of HKCS, Dave leads the emerging technology and specialist groups such as AI, Cybersecurity, FinTech, and Enterprise Architecture for the Council. He is an Enterprise Architecture evangelist and leads the IT Architect community in Hong Kong. Dave holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering and has obtained professional qualifications in Security, Cloud, and Data Science.

Raymond Choi is Solutions Director at Markem-Imaje, a leading and global provider of end-to- end supply chain solutions and industrial marking and coding systems. He leads the Asian solutions group and brings over 26 years of experience in software and solutions engineering, operations and sales, serving global top 100 consumer goods & FMCG companies, and has successfully run several 2D code serialization and digitalization projects.

With extended experience from FMCG, pharmaceutical, electronics, financial and telecommunication industries, he is expert in areas such as Industry 4.0 & IoT, digital identification, supply chain and track & trace including the globally accepted GS1 standards, artificial intelligence, security, and payment technology.

Keshini Talwatte has been with MAS for 21+ years and has contributed in multiple roles. Keshini currently holds the position of General Manager of Group Sourcing and Supply Chain Digital.

Currently, She is at the forefront of shaping a forward-focused digital transformation strategy for sourcing and supply chain management. Spearheading transformative initiatives such as the Supply Chain Control Tower and ESG Traceability. Keshini also provides industry technical leadership to the Sri Lanka apparel and textile industry, driving ESG data digitization and exchanging collaborative projects with GS1 and ADB. Keshini, a certified Lean Black Belt at MAS, has been instrumental in implementing lean manufacturing and enterprise business reengineering, with global exposure to lean consultancy in Japan and the USA. She earned her B.Sc. in Science from the University of Delhi, India, and possesses an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK.

Dr. Queenie Cheng is the Senior Manager, of HKP Group Managing Director’s Office, Nan Fung Group and has extensive experience in real estate development, valuation, leasing & management, public affairs and asset management in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area, Mainland.

As part of the HKP Managing Director’s Office of Nan Fung, Queenie has an overall accountability for the financial performance, value creation and operational efficiency for all the assets owned by Nan Fung across various portfolios in Hong Kong. Queenie is heavily involved in the formulation of the development direction, including leasing strategies, property management standards, marketing campaigns and asset enhancement initiatives.

Queenie previously was a Management Trainee at Swire Properties where she was responsible for the leasing and management of commercial portfolios like Pacific Place, Cityplaza and Island Place and played a key role in driving redevelopment projects in the Taikoo Place area and government land sale projects.
Trained as a social scientist and surveyor with a doctorate degree in real estate & construction from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Queenie holds masters degrees in real estate finance and migration policy from The University of Hong Kong and London School of Economics and Political Science respectively, and also a Bachelors in Social Sciences from The University of Hong Kong. She is a Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Registered Professional Surveyor (General Practice) of Hong Kong, and an RICS accredited Assessor for professional competencies.
 

陳岳成先生於2007年離開任職超過10年的機構，回家執掌家族企業，並將家族企業品牌註冊成「大埔振興」，沿用父親經營理念，堅持以原肉及百分百牛肉造牛丸。2009年於美食博覽以一蚊一百粒肉丸做宣傳，2013歐洲馬肉事件，被驗出是市場上唯一一間以百份百牛肉造牛丸廠商。2016年推出零添加肉丸及獲得零添加AAA認證，2019 年獲得「傑出家族企業大獎」、「創意創業大獎」及「HKIM Market Leadership Award」。

Adrian Cheung joined The Garden Company Limited in 2018 and started off in manufacturing operations and held the positions of Production Manager (on the New Bread Line / Biscuits, Wafers and Candy production lines) before transitioning in 2023 to the sales department (Export Manager) as well as the legal department (Head of Legal).

Prior to joining Garden, he founded Stellar House (星月居) in 2016, a restaurant serving traditional Cantonese cuisine with a seating capacity over 100 persons. He also co-founded Crunch Munch in 2016, one of only sixteen licensed food trucks (美食車) in Hong Kong and completed the sale of the business in 2018. 

He also has a legal background, having read law at Cambridge University before going on to work at Ashurst LLP (a full service international law firm) for close to 4 years in London and Hong Kong, focusing on corporate matters such as Initial Public Offerings and Mergers & Acquisitions. During this period, he also obtained his license to practice law in two legal jurisdictions, namely England & Wales and Hong Kong.
 

Mr Edwin Lau is currently the Founder and Executive Director of The Green Earth, an environmental organization promoting resource conservation and zero-waste culture. He has been actively engaged in environmental protection work since the late 1980s. He places great concern on several pressing environmental topics, e.g. waste management, climate change, energy conservation and air pollution.

Mr Lau is currently a member of CUHK Jockey Club Museum of Climate Change Expert Committee and senior advisor of Hong Kong Solar Industries Association.

In 2009, Mr Lau was awarded the Medal of Honour by the HKSAR Government in recognition of his long-term contribution to the promotion of environmental protection and environmental education. In the same year, he was also awarded an Outstanding Earth Champion by The Earth Champions Foundation.

謝天澤先生目前擔任維特健靈集團董事。維特健靈健康產品有限公司是該集團旗下的一家領先保健食品公司。謝先生自2010年加入該集團以來，在過去的十多年間扮演關鍵角色，引領集團的成長和成功。他負責產品研發、生產、市場研究、市場營銷策略和開發海外市場等工作。

Philippe Chan is the GM of YouGov Hong Kong & China and a member of ESOMAR. An experienced FMCG and retail expert, prior to joining YouGov he was with a number of international agencies providing strategic advice to leading multinational and local companies across the APAC region during the past twenty years.

Currently with YouGov, Philippe has provided strategic advice to many corporates across the banking & insurance, retail, FMCG and the media and recording industry in the region. Together with YouGov’s evolving consumer insights model through the application of AI solutions, not only will clients receive real time information, it will also allow them to act intelligently to support their business decisions.
