林女士是本港居民，持有英國伯明翰大學工商管理(策略管理)碩士學位。

李超誠於1997年加入IKEA，並成爲客務服務經理。 他擁有豐富的IKEA零售及店鋪管理經驗，包括沙田店的營運經理和銷售經理 、銅鑼灣分店店長 。於2005年加入IKEA 零售中國，歷任廣州店經理、深圳店經理和 IKEA 中國客戶關係部經理。​

在不同市場累積豐富的零售及客務關係經驗後，李超誠於2014年回到香港，歷任顧客體驗總監、零售物流經理，近期擔任香港市場總監和 IKEA 北亞區營運總監。2024年1月起，李超誠接任為 IKEA 北亞區董事總經理。​

目前香港擁有4家分店(銅鑼灣、沙田、九龍灣、荃灣)，7個接觸點(大埔、尖沙咀、太古及坑口規劃及訂購中心、愉景灣及奧運Close to you、 西灣河提貨中心及特價部)，澳門擁有澳門店，台灣擁有8家分店(台北城市店-小巨蛋、內湖、新莊、新店、桃園、台中、嘉義城市、高雄)及新竹訂購取貨中心，未來也將持續耕耘台灣香港澳門市場，為大眾締造更美好的生活。​

Roger Chan has extensive experience in the knitwear manufacturing sector, holding significant leadership positions at Cobalt Fashion and in the broader textile and garment industry in Hong Kong.  

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Cobalt Fashion, Roger oversees both the operational and technological aspects of the company. Under his leadership, Cobalt Fashion leverages cutting-edge technological tools and digital initiatives, such as the joint venture with Shima Seiki and the Search Engine project with Alibaba Cloud, to enhance its production processes and design capabilities.  

As part of Fung Group and one of the sister companies of Li & Fung, Cobalt Fashion position as a trailblazer in the knitwear industry, catering to a diverse clientele from mass retailers to premium brands. By leveraging AI and the industry’s foremost digital knitwear asset library, Roger and his team deliver high-quality virtual designs and production-ready data, transforming traditional knitwear manufacturing into a technology-driven industry.

Beyond his role at Cobalt Fashion, Roger serves as the Chairman of the Hong Kong Woollen & Synthetic Knitting Manufacturers' Association and Vice Chairman of the Textile Council of Hong Kong, respectively, highlight his broader influence in the industry. These leadership roles involve shaping industry standards, advocating for sector interests, and promoting innovation along sustainability initiatives. 

Mr. Law is a Sustainability Partner at Deloitte China with nearly 15 years’ experience advising public and private companies on sustainability strategy, ESG reporting and financial reporting. He supports boards and executive teams to build governance and capacity, quantify greenhouse gas emissions, assess climate resilience, develop decarbonisation strategies, and prepare disclosures that reflect both business implications and regulatory expectations.

Before joining Deloitte, Mr. Law served as Sustainability Director at the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), where he led efforts to localize sustainability standards and design capacity‑building curricula for practitioners and companies. He also led the preparation of the Implementation Guidance for Climate Disclosures under the HKEX ESG Reporting Framework, helping Hong Kong‑listed companies adapt to new climate‑related disclosure requirements. His current role on HKICPA’s Professional Development Committee focuses on fostering the profession’s understanding of sustainability and developing upskilling programmes for local stakeholders.

Mr. Law is also a member of the GHG Protocol Technical Working Group, contributing to the revision of greenhouse gas accounting standards, and is a certified public accountant in both Hong Kong and the United States.

Tim is the Head of Sourcing Strategy for GAP INC leading the transformation of the Sourcing organisation.  Prior to working at GAP INC, Tim was a Partner at PwC leading the Sustainable Value Chain practice, working with luxury and high-end consumer brands to drive sustainability into value chains across Asia & Europe.  Other experiences cover 10 years in consulting and 10 years in industry, giving Tim wide experience across a number of topics.  Tim has a Six Sigma Black Belt, an MBA from HKUST and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University.

Francesca Poggiali is Vice President Global Public Policy at GS1 after 8 years as Chief Public Policy Officer Europe. She started her career at GS1 in 2016 and she is based in Brussels, Belgium (Avenue Louise 523, 1050).

Francesca Poggiali is a public policy professional with 25 years of experience in complex political and technical environments linked to fast moving consumer good products. Her career includes both public and private sectors experience gained at:

• The European Commission and European Parliament – from 1996 to 2005
• Cosmetics Europe and the Federation of Chemical Industries – from 2005 to 2007
• Ferrero International as public policy lead and later global sustainability lead – from 2007 to 2015
• GS1 as Public Policy Director, then Chief Public Policy Officer Europe and as of July 2024 as Vice President Global Public Policy

Dr. Toa Charm is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in the innovation and technology industry. His expertise spans various domains, including AI/Big Data, FinTech, Corporate Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Digital Transformation. Dr. Charm has held senior management positions at Cyberport, HSBC, IBM, Oracle, Kingdee, and Jardine. He published his book titled "數碼力大提升" (Boost Your Digital Power) and a few international business cases. Dr. Charm received accolades such as the 2019 College of Business Distinguished Alumni Award and the 2018 Doctor of Business Administration Alumni Award from CityU HK. 

Dr. Charm is actively involved in advising enterprises on digital transformation, data literacy empowerment, and data monetization strategies. He has provided guidance to renowned organizations such as Bank of East Asia, China Everbright Bank, China Construction Bank, Transunion, Sun Life, AIA, BLUE, Chow Tai Fook, Harbour City, foodpanda, Airport Authority, Ricoh, ONE, CLP, MTR, HKTDC, Baidu and Lenovo. 

Dr. Charm played a pivotal role in establishing Cyberport as a global leader in the digital tech ecosystem, attracting over 1,200 digital companies from more than 30 countries, including multiple unicorns. He currently chairs a few Asia's elite start-ups including OpenCertHub, Posify, Buyandship, Wizpresso, Lively Impact, HairCoSys and Kingsware. 

Dr. Charm's contributions extend beyond individual companies. He serves as the Founding Chairman of the Data Literacy Association and holds key positions in various industry organizations. These include the President of the IoT Industry Advisory Council at GS1 HK, member in the Technology Council of Macau SAR Government, ExCo member of the Startup Council of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI), mentor in the ELITE & LEAP Admission Panel at Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks (HKSTP), member of the Entrepreneurship Centre Advisory Group at Hong Kong Cyberport, member of the Tech Panel at Hong Kong Applied Science & Technology Institute (ASTRI), member of Digital Economy at Hong Kong Consumer Council. 

Furthermore, Dr. Charm actively contributes to nurturing the next generation of leaders through his teaching engagements at leading universities such as the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), Swiss Business School, Institute for China Business at HKU, and Greater Bay Area Business School. He received Faculty Teaching Merit Awards in 3 consecutive years (2021-23) from CUHK. Samuel, an Engineer-turned-Business Executive, thrives as the David challenging Goliath, inspiring teams to turn bold visions into transformative outcomes. Since joining HKBN in 2016, Samuel has been instrumental in transforming the company from a consumer-focused broadband provider with HK$3B in revenue into a regional ICT leader generating HK$11B in revenue, with over 60% from Enterprise Solutions, where he currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. In his roles, Samuel has launched hyper-growth business lines from the ground up, cultivated a culture of innovation, and spearheaded digital transformation initiatives that drove significant productivity gains, delivering substantial impact to both top- and bottom-line.

Before HKBN, Samuel honed his strategic expertise as a Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman in New York, advising Fortune 500 Financial Services clients on growth and transformation strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Engineering from Dartmouth College.

Anson joined KPMG in Hong Kong in 1999 and is currently a Partner based in the Hong Kong office heading up the Consumer & Retail Practice in the Asia Pacific region. Today, he is part of the Global KPMG Consumer & Retail Leadership team.​

Anson acts as the Lead Partner for a number of strategic MNC and regional accounts where he covers a number of sectors in the consumer, industrial, tech, smart cities and retail space across the Asia Pacific region.

程俊豪在iASPEC開始了他的職業生涯，在一個開創性項目中做出了重要的技術貢獻。他在開發第一代數碼簽名核心方面發揮了關鍵作用，該核心主要為藥房應用而設計。這一創新解決方案被醫院管理局廣泛採用，提升了醫療保健運營中關鍵數碼簽名流程的安全性和效率。

在iASPEC工作後，程俊豪進一步擴展了他的技術專長，加入eBay分類集團擔任軟件工程師，成為亞太團隊中首位也是最年輕的工程師。在這個職位上，他在支持香港、台灣、新加坡和澳洲的平台開發方面發揮了重要作用。

程俊豪的創業之旅始於2014年，當時他創立了第一家初創企業。此後，他成功在多個不同行業推出了多家企業，包括電子商務和餐飲行業。他的技術實力和商業敏銳度持續推動著創新。

2017年，程俊豪創立了LocoBike，旨在為香港提供便利、經濟實惠且環保的共享單車服務。在他的領導下，LocoBike已發展成為該城市最受歡迎的共享單車品牌之一。公司整合物聯網和機器學習技術來提升用戶體驗、監測單車安全，並推廣微出行作為健康的城市交通解決方案。

連舜香女士是康盟有限公司及其子公司日本命力和 J Health 的創辦人兼執行董事，公司 在香港、澳門和中國內地開發和分銷高品質的保健食品。日本命力成立了全港首創的由註 冊藥劑師和營養師組成的專業團隊，為客戶的身心健康提供全面的服務。

在 1997 年之前，連女士曾擔任商業和平面設計師數年，之後成為時裝設計師。目前，她 還擔任燦基電單車行有限公司、力匯(亞洲)有限公司和遠豪貿易有限公司的總經理，分別 是日本本田電單車、奧地利 KTM 電單車和美國 ZERO 電單車香港總代理。自 2012 年以 來，她引入了 100％電動電單車的概念將零廢棄電動電單車引入香港。

除了在可持續發展方面擁有豐富經驗外，連女士在 2018 年於劍橋大學可持續發展領袖學 院進修商業及可持續發展課程。她被當時的查理斯王子邀請，參加了在白金漢宮舉行的學 院 30 週年紀念活動，與來自全球商界、政府和非政府組織的 250 位領袖㇐同出席。

目前，她是香港中文大學商學院協辦的「中小企可持續發展學會」創會會⾧，並擔任地球 之友（香港）的副主席，同時也是香港中文大學可持續環球商業理學碩士（MScSGB）課 程的顧問委員會成員，及香港理工大學管理及市場學系諮詢委員會成員，並由 2025 年起 擔任社會福利署「促進殘疾人士就業諮詢委員會」成員。
