隨著食品安全管理新標準ISO22000:2018於2018年6月發佈,內地政府已經立法規管出口食品公司必須獲得新版的HACCP資格,其進口條例也快將要求公司提供HACCP標準。

而在食品安全管理方面,源頭追蹤是近年市民大衆十分關注的議題,市面上不少企業在源頭追蹤上投放資源和時間,但如何評估自己是否做得足夠? 香港貨品編碼協會由2015年開始每年舉辦「優質食品源頭追蹤計劃」,旨為嘉許本地企業於食品源頭追溯獲得卓越表現,包括透過有效地採用國際標準及監控食品管理系統技術,以達到向消費者提供安全優質的食品。
 

因此,GS1 HK香港品質保證局 (HKQAA) 一同舉辦是次簡介會,內容將包括新標準要求及有關認證的過渡方案,食物安全和衛生的體系和品牌推廣平台,以及該平台其中一家企業之分享心得。
