Ms. Betty Leung

Ms. Betty Leung is a seasoned executive with over 30 years’ track record in senior leadership and management roles in the fast-moving consumer product industry, with majority of her career being spent with the Dairy Farm International Retail Group and Dah Chong Hong Holding (DCH Group) where she held major sales, marketing, purchasing and senior executive roles.

Betty is currently the Chief Advisor of Meat the Next Co. Ltd., a Hong Kong Science Park plant-based product company. Before joining this company, she was the Chief Executive Officer of Golden Resources Development Ltd. (the leading rice supplier in Hong Kong), the Corporate Director and Head of the Hong Kong Food business of DCH Group, and Chief Executive of Sims Trading Company Limited, with management experience spanning across food commodity trading, food manufacturing , retailing and consumer product distribution in Hong Kong, Macao and Asia.

Betty is also actively contributing to the Hong Kong Consumer Product industry. She is the committee member of GS1 Hong Kong Board as well as Vice-Chairlady of its Hong Kong Food & Beverage Industry Advisory Board and member of the ECR (Efficient Consumer Response) Hong Kong Advisory Board, supporting the organization in advocating various industry-related initiatives. In addition, she is also the Vice-Chairlady of the Hong Kong Suppliers Association (HKSA), a voluntary trade association set up to unite suppliers in the FMCG industry for their interests in government regulatory issues, training/education and social networking activities. 

Betty used to be a Member of the Advisory Committee of the NGO Fred Hollows Foundation originated in Australia which focuses on eye health education and charity support.
 

Anna has more than 30 years of CEO experience in steering the strategic direction of the organisation, spearheading major strategic innovative initiatives that have revolutionized the way companies do business locally and globally, helping HK business community thrive.

She has led GS1 Hong Kong to establish platforms, ecosystems and programmes that have driven industry adoption of global supply chain standards, practices and technologies for enhanced business efficiency, digital commerce and IoT development across industries. 

Ms Lin has been appointed by the Government of the HKSAR as Justice of the Peace (JP) in 2012 and awarded the Medal of Honour (MH) in 2023. She also attained Chartered Fellow (FCILT) granted by The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in 2018, recognising her achievement and contribution to the industries in Hong Kong. In fostering a collaborative ecosystem, Ms Lin holds a number of appointments in both government and local industry organizations as well as regional organisations, including:

Mr. Ivan Ng Tsz Chiu joined Café de Coral Group in October 2013 and currently serves as General Manager (Supply Chain), overseeing strategic procurement, supply chain management, and the operations and development of the central production center across Hong Kong and Mainland China. He has led numerous modernization and sustainability initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, supply stability, and corporate responsibility.

During his tenure at Café de Coral, Mr. Ng spearheaded the modernization of supply chain infrastructure by implementing ERP and EDI systems to improve procurement transparency and operational efficiency. He strengthened supplier partnerships and introduced risk management strategies to ensure supply continuity amid global disruptions. He also actively expanded and upgraded the central production center to support the growth of the Group’s quick-service restaurant and institutional catering businesses. Additionally, he has driven cost optimization and sustainability projects, aligning procurement strategies with environmental and corporate responsibility goals.

Prior to joining Café de Coral, Mr. Ng held senior management roles at one of the largest retail chains in Hong Kong, focusing on pricing model design, business efficiency enhancement, and operational control strategies. He successfully led various initiatives that improved overall business performance.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Ng worked in brand and marketing management roles at several of the largest distributors in Hong Kong, gaining extensive experience in commercial strategy and market operations.

Mr. Ng holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) degree from Queensland University of Technology in Australia. He is well-versed in HACCP and ISO food safety systems and is a certified Hygiene Manager with a Level 3 HACCP qualification from the UK, bringing strong expertise in food factory operations and supply chain management.

Gordon obtained a master degree of Business Administration at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and attended MBA Finance & Marketing program at INSEAD University, Singapore. After he took the Certificate of Internal Change Agent program at The Poon Kam Kai Institute of Mgt., HKU, he started to act as internal change agent in different companies.

He worked in different hands-on positions as internal trainer, operator, sales head, business development and company general management in F&B companies in Greater China region for more than 20 years. He is a strong team leader that work with different teams and lead changes with positive results.

From 2019, he led International Gourmet Foods Limited to migrate from traditional B2B business model into a combination of B2B, B2C and online business unit.

Dora Kit is the Senior Manager of Solutions Marketing at GS1 Hong Kong, where she drives industry collaborations and business adoptions of various global standard-based solutions and services. Besides spearheading the successful bid for a government-funded ESG initiative – the Product Package Recycling Programme, she has also helped businesses from SMEs to large enterprises accelerate innovation, enhance consumer engagement, improve business-process efficiency, and advance their digital transformation.

With over fifteen years of experience in the ICT industry, Ms Kit has solid expertise in applying digital technologies that create business value and social impact. She is passionate about sharing insights on digital transformation and fostering sustainable growth across industries.

Cosmo Lo is the Senior Corporate Affairs Manager at Lee Kum Kee Sauce, a globally renowned sauces and condiments brand. He has extensive experience in integrating sustainability strategies in corporate strategies and public policies.  

Throughout his career, he has worked with stakeholders on sustainability projects across various industries, including fast-moving consumer goods, retailers, conglomerates, government agencies, aviation, real estate, and non-governmental organisations.  

Tracy CUI is the Director of Public Affairs &Communications in Loscam Greater China, overseeing company’s media relations, public affairs, marketing, and Sustainability. She joins the Loscam Group in 2014. Prior to this , she was the Manager of the Business development Department at China Merchants Group, responsible for strategic planning and business analysis for different business units.

Tracy CUI obtained her master’s degree (Master of Public Policy) from University of Chicago and Bachelor’s degree in Diplomacy and English from Beijing Foreign Studies University.  

Tracy is currently the Group Leader of Law and Policy Research Working Committee in ECR China.

Roland was born and raised in Hong Kong, he has numerous working experiences in various industries, including retail management, supply chain management, IT and manufacturing operations, etc. He served as the guest professor of Jiangnan University, School of Food Science and Technology in 2020 - 2023.

Before joining Maxim’s Group, Roland was the Senior Consultant in McKinsey & Co. He also served as Board member for Luckin Coffee Inc., Chairman of Governance Committee and member of Audit Committee.

In addition, Roland worked as COO of CP Supply Chain Investment for Charoen Pokphand Group for building the integrated supply chain operations with the group’s retail systems, including food & beverages stores, CVS, supermarkets, and shopping malls. He has had joint Starbucks China & Asia Pacific as senior vp, as well as in Yum! Brands China as VP.  

Graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic and subsequently obtained an MBA degree in University of Nottingham UK, Simon worked in food trading and logistics industry for more than 25 years.

Before joining Million Group HK (a wholly owned subsidiary of Shanghai Bright Food Group), Simon was the Director of Kerry Logistics Food Trading unit. He also served as the General Manager of Dah Chong Hong China Food Trading. 

Ms. Veronica Sze

Director, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability

Nestlé Hong Kong Limited

Ms. Veronica Sze is the Director of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability for Nestlé Hong Kong, overseeing the company's public affairs, corporate communications, media relations, as well as Creating Shared Values (CSV) and Sustainability for all business units.  She joins the group in 2010.

Prior to this, she has worked at a global communications consultancy, pharmaceutical industry association, media outlet and university, which granted her extensive experiences in corporate communications, driving public affairs strategies, stakeholders’ outreach, corporate social responsibilities, as well as built relationships with professionals of various disciplines.  

Ms. Sze received a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Philosophy and two LLB degrees. She is also an accredited mediator in Hong Kong.

She is currently the Vice-Chairlady, Policy Committee of the Hong Kong Suppliers Association and Committee Members of Hong Kong Health Food Association. 

Mr. Tung Lam, Raymond

In 2017, Mr. Raymond Tung led the establishment of the first fast food restaurant "Deli House" of the brand “Eat East", expanding from traditional microwave frozen and chilled ready meal to grab and go catering services, targeting the office workers market. Also, promoted the brand "Eat East" collaborate with international companies (such as "KitKat Crunchy Chocolate French Toast") and expanded the sales network to China, Hong Kong and Macau. Monitor products strictly from R&D, production and quality, to ensure all products in the highest quality and safety standards thus "Eat East" holding food safety certifications "ISO22000", "FSSC22000", "HACCP" ; awards " IFSA Food Safety Excellence Award" (2018) and "Hong Kong Top Brand" (2023). Also, committed to digitizing products and using 1QR to provide more diversified information. In addition, to develop in group hot meals and catering packages, provide services of "Eat East" meal box for different organization and hospitality industry. These years, "Eat East" has actively promoted in social and caring development, to give back to the society. Not only donations, but also cooperate with different social welfare and charity organizations to distribute meals for the public. "Eat East" will innovate in products and production continually.
