  • Registration fee should be paid in advance of the GS1 HK 2025 Annual Member Dinner.
  • An official invoice/receipt will be issued upon request by email. please send a request email with following subject line: (Request for invoice/receipt for  GS1 HK 2025 Annual Member Dinner) to events@gs1hk.org
  • On the event day, should typhoon signal No.8 or above, or a black rainstorm signal be hoisted before the Dinner, the Dinner will be suspended immediately. The organiser will schedule another date for the Dinner and no refund will be made. Should such signals be hoisted during the Dinner, the situation will be dealt with according to the conditions at that time and in all cases, no refunds will be made.
  • Replacement of ticket can be arranged based on 1 month notice before the event.
