HOW TO ENTER
- Submit application form by clicking APPLY HERE on or before 10 August 2026 and provide the required documents
- FREE for GS1 HK members
- For non-GS1 HK members, the application fee is HKD$2,000 per entry
- Co-application with business partners is accepted
- Each company can submit a maximum of 3 entries
- The submitted project must have been launched for at least 1 month at the time of closing for application
Award Categories
This award recognises the company that has demonstrated transformative and innovative use of AI to solve complex challenges, enhance decision-making, or unlock new opportunities.
This award recognises the company that has leveraged digital transformation to make a positive impact delivering better outcomes for the customers, effectively transforming the way of customer-related initiatives (e.g., customer engagement, customer journey, customer service, etc.).
This award recognises the company that has successfully fostered an organisational culture that embraces digital transformation, innovation and continuous learning, achieving enhanced employee experience, increased productivity, and a desirable digital workplace.
This award recognises the company that has leveraged digital transformation to make a positive impact on their operational excellence and how this has been used to achieve business goals.
This award recognises the company that has leveraged digital transformation to make a positive impact on the sales and marketing of their business, driving growth and success.
This award recognises the company that has leveraged digital transformation to demonstrate excellence in supply chain and logistics management, achieving efficiency, visibility and resilience throughout the supply chain.
This award recognises the company with outstanding achievement in empowering businesses or communities through the effective use of technologies. The award honors initiatives, solutions or platforms that have significantly enhanced digital readiness & capability, enabling users to work smarter, connect better, and achieve greater impact.
This award recognises the company that has taken innovative approaches to data management, implementing robust security measures while building exceptional levels of customer trust through transparent digital practices.
This award honours a SME that demonstrates creativity and innovation; and has made substantial contributions to the industry within their niche; or created new pathways for excellence through a digital-first and tech-driven approach.
"Digital Digital Transformation Enterprise of the Year" grand award will be selected from the best awardee among the winners of above 10 award categories.
This award celebrates the company who leads in the digital-first world, shaping the future of digital transformation.

Complete the application form below before the application deadline (10 Aug 2026).
Please sign in your Google account for submitting a project summary (in PDF format not more than 15 pages) in the Google form.
The summary should include but not limited to below items:
- Background, project goals/objectives, planning & strategy
- Technologies / solutions adopted
- Implementation, including key milestones, timelines, or innovative approaches
- Key challenges experienced and how they were overcome
- Benefits and impacts, highlight key achievements and outcomes
- Future plans
