Mr. Keith Wu is a C-suite executive, governance professional and food-and-beverage industry leader with more than two decades of experience across coffee and tea manufacturing, restaurant operations, corporate finance and digital transformation. As Chairman of the GS1 Hong Kong Food & Beverage Industry Advisory Board, he advocates practical collaboration on trusted product data, traceability, supply-chain resilience and technology adoption across the sector.

Mr. Wu currently serves in a C-suite role as Chief Executive / Chief Financial Officer of Kabushikigaisha Limited (LH Group, SEHK: 1978), a Hong Kong-listed food-and-beverage group operating premium Japanese franchise brands. He leads strategic, financial and operational priorities at the intersection of customer experience, commercial performance and technology-enabled transformation.

His career covers the full F&B value chain. At Tsit Wing International Holdings Limited (SEHK: 2119; formerly SGX: T26), a leading coffee and tea solutions company, he served as Executive Director, Group COO and Company Secretary from 2005 to 2021. He led the Singapore privatisation and subsequent Hong Kong main-board IPO, while building hands-on expertise in coffee and tea production, manufacturing operations, MRP/ERP systems, SAP implementation, supply-chain management and data traceability.

At Fulum Group Holdings Limited (SEHK: 1443), Mr. Wu progressed from Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chairman to Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. During the COVID-19 period, he helped lead the operation of a large restaurant network through unprecedented disruption, integrating governance discipline, cost management, operational resilience and digital transformation.

A Manus AI Global Fellow and Adjunct Assistant Professor at HKU Business School, Mr. Wu teaches Leadership in the Age of AI to senior executives. He brings a pragmatic perspective to AI: using it to automate repetitive work, strengthen decision-making and help frontline and management teams focus on higher-value customer and business outcomes. He also serves as Executive Committee Member of Group 8 (Food, Beverages and Tobacco) of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries and Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Japanese Food and Cuisine Association.

Mr. Wu is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CPA Australia and the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, and a Fellow and Certified Tax Adviser of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Value Chains from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a BA (Hons) in Accountancy from City University of Hong Kong. 

Anna has more than 30 years of CEO experience in steering the strategic direction of the organisation, spearheading major strategic innovative initiatives that have revolutionized the way companies do business locally and globally, helping HK business community thrive.

She has led GS1 Hong Kong to establish platforms, ecosystems and programmes that have driven industry adoption of global supply chain standards, practices and technologies for enhanced business efficiency, digital commerce and IoT development across industries.

Ms Lin has been appointed by the Government of the HKSAR as Justice of the Peace (JP) in 2012 and awarded the Medal of Honour (MH) in 2023. She also attained Chartered Fellow (FCILT) granted by The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in 2018, recognising her achievement and contribution to the industries in Hong Kong. Ms. Vanessa Cheung is the Strategic Planning & Sustainability Manager at AS Watson Industries (ASWI), leading the development and implementation of sustainability strategies, ESG governance, and stakeholder engagement across the manufacturing business in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland.

She is responsible for driving sustainability initiatives that support ASWI's long-term business resilience and environmental commitments. Her work spans carbon reduction, renewable energy adoption, circular packaging solutions, and recycling programmes, helping advance responsible resource management and packaging circularity across operations.

Together with her team, Ms. Cheung is passionate about leveraging the synergy between sustainability and innovation to create resilient, future-ready value chains while generating positive environmental and social impact.

Mr. Billy Yeung is the Senior Director, Supply Chain Management, Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China of DKSH Hong Kong, focusing on both of FMCG and Healthcare market in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. He manages business development, client relationships, resources planning, and warehouse operations, with unique expertise in formulating local and cross-border supply chain solutions for key multinational players, local conglomerates, and various SMEs.

Joined DKSH Hong Kong in 2010 as one of the shining management talents, Billy has risen through the ladder, from Management Trainee, Manager, Assistant General Manager, Director and to the current Senior Director position in a track of over 16+ years. Mr. Yu Hoi Po completed the professional aquaculture course at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, equipping him with a profound foundation in modern scientific aquaculture, backed by extensive experience in corporate operations and industry practice. Mr. Yu possesses exceptional capabilities in modern corporate governance and government relations. Since founding the company in 2022, his visionary expertise successfully secured the company's position as Hong Kong’s very first modern aquaculture enterprise to officially establish operations in the government's newly designated "Mirs Bay South New Fish Culture Zone," fundamentally anchoring the company's pioneer leadership in Hong Kong's deep-sea tech fishery industry.

Ms. Julia CHU possesses deep expertise in supply chain integration and international trade, serving as the Director of four companies: Murray Rice Co Ltd, Interocean Logistics, Interocean Containers and Chassis’s, and Interocean Rice. Ms. CHU demonstrates exceptional leadership in corporate governance and end-to-end supply chain management.
Under her direction, the group has successfully built a robust one-stop service model—spanning seamlessly from direct import and logistics to final delivery—serving a diverse client portfolio  anging from major distributors to leading supermarket chains.

Acutely anticipating green consumption trends and sustainable agriculture practices, Ms. CHU spearheaded a high-profile international ESG farming collaboration with Tottori Prefecture, Japan. Under this strategic partnership, the team successfully launched their proprietary premium rice brand, "Ten Kuu No Kome" (天空之米). Emphasizing uncompromised food quality and full supply chain traceability, the brand combines

Mr. Pius Chan left an organization he had worked at for over 10 years and returned home to take over the family business. He registered the family business brand as "Tai Po Chun Hing" and continued his father's operating philosophy, insisting on using pure meat and 100% beef to make their meatballs. In 2009, they promoted their products at a food expo, selling meatballs at 1 dollar for 100 pieces. During the 2013 European horse meat scandal, they were verified as the only manufacturer in the market using 100% beef to make their meatballs. In 2016, they launched meatballs with zero additives and obtained the Triple-A zero additive certification. In 2019, they were awarded the "Outstanding Family Business Award", the "Creative Entrepreneurship Award", and the "HKIM Market Leadership Award". In 2025, the Hong Kong factory obtained Halal certification and launched Halal beef balls and cuttlefish balls. In 2026, in collaboration with GS1HK to launch carbon-neutral beef balls in accordance with the ISO14067 carbon footprint standard. 

Ming Chan is the Corporate Communications Director at Tam Jai International, a leading restaurant group in Hong Kong with businesses across Mainland China, Singapore, Japan, Australia, Malaysia and the Philippines. She is a seasoned communication professional with around 20 years of experience in public relations, sustainability, investor relations, branding as well as news reporting.

Prior to joining Tam Jai International, Ming held leadership roles in the communication teams for Sa Sa International, Hong Kong Airlines and Strategic Public Relations Group. Her contributions in developing award-winning communication, branding, sustainability and investor relations strategies have played a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.

She has been passionate about nurturing the younger generations through speaking at various conferences and academic institutions.
