The Consumer Caring Scheme is to recognize Members of GS1 Hong Kong who demonstrate excellence in consumer care through the innovation and practice of consumer value-related strategies with an ultimate goal to uplift industry’s overall capabilities in delivering consumer service.  Forty-five Hong Kong companies have been named 'Consumer Caring Companies 2012' which demonstrate distinguished consumer care and set the standard for excellence in quality products and customer services.
