  • Registration fee should be paid in advance of the Summit.
  • An official invoice/receipt will be issued upon request by email. please send a request email with following subject line: (Request for invoice/receipt for GS1HK Summit 2024) to summit@gs1hk.org.
  • On the event day, should typhoon signal No.8 or above, or a black rainstorm signal be hoisted before the Summit, the Summit will be suspended immediately. The organiser will schedule another date for the Summit and no refund will be made. Should such signals be hoisted during the Summit, the situation will be dealt with according to the conditions at that time and in all cases, no refunds will be made.
  • Replacement of ticket can be arranged based on 1 month notice before the event.
