Introduction

In the midst of the global economic downturn, it is essential for business leaders to be visionary, nimble and creative to transform and develop strategies for a sustainable business growth. First adopted by Lego® in 1995, the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology enabled LEGO® to reflect on and adjust its business strategies　and successfully helped the company overcome a major crisis. LEGO® was able to grow sustainably afterwards.

Led by a LEGO^® SERIOUS PLAY^® Certified Facilitator, this workshop is essentially about asking participants to solve complex issues by building models using LEGO® bricks. By enabling a hands-on and minds-on learning process, the workshop hopes to unleash business leaders’ imagination, build their vision for future and enable them to craft business strategy in a collaborative and inclusive way.

About LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

The LEGO^® SERIOUS PLAY^® (LSP) is an innovative methodology designed to enhance innovation and business performance. Its goal is to foster creative thinking through team building metaphors of their organizational identities and experiences using Lego® bricks. Participants would work through imaginary scenarios using three-dimensional Lego constructions. Methodologies include LSP, mini lecture, experience sharing, discussion, role simulation as well as case studies.
