About the event
Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery of Japan, Nomura Research Institute and GS1 HK co-organise a free Japanese food tasting section on 1 March (Wed) in New World Millennium Hotel. The event aims to estimate the demand for Japanese perishable food. Hong Kong-based food wholesalers, importers, retailers and restaurants operators are welcome to join and taste Japanese Perishable Agricultural and Fishery foods including Seafood (Fresh and Frozen Sashimi, Sushi and Shell), Fruits ( Sweet Strawberry and pears), Meats ( Cooking in the event site) and Sweets (Ice Cream and Yogurt). There are two food tasting time slot provided from 1p.m. to 3p.m. and 3p.m. to 5p.m. in the event. Free admission are provided on a first come, first served basis. Please register as soon as possible to ensure your seat.
*Remark: Participants are requested to fill in a page of feedback survey sheet after food tasting. (With both Chinese and English edition)
