Tencent to Share with You the Rise of Cashless Society

Electronic payment has started very early in Hong Kong, but its development is slightly lagging behind at the moment. Last year, Hong Kong Monetary Authority had just begun to issue Licence of Stored Value Facilities (SVF) to authorised companies. Already the total value of SVF transactions was HK$31.8 billion in the second quarter of 2017, up 6.2% from the previous quarter.
