Phill is Deloitte’s Global Chief Operating Officer for Risk Advisory and leads the Hong Kong Cyber practice.   He has just relocated to Hong Kong prior to which he led Deloitte’s Cyber practice in the UK.  His background is in the planning and execution of digital transformations and major change programmes within IT organisations to transform their security, efficiency, effectiveness and linkage to business strategy. These programmes have typically involved changes in strategy, people’s behaviours, reconfiguration and refresh of technology together with process redesign. Phill is a Fellow of the British Computer Society and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Information Security.

Paul Jackson is a Managing Director and Asia-Pacific Leader for Kroll’s Cyber Security and Investigations Practice, based in the Hong Kong office. Over a career spanning more than 25 years of service in some of the region’s highest levels of law enforcement and corporate enterprise, Paul has earned a stellar record of achievement as a cyber security practitioner, strategist, and thought leader. In addition to possessing deep knowledge regarding the region’s diverse geopolitical and cultural complexities, Paul has developed a highly nuanced view of global cyber security challenges from working with organizations such as Interpol, the U.S. Secret Service’s Electronic Task Force, and Microsoft’s Digital Crimes Consortium. ​

Prior to joining Kroll, Paul was APAC Managing Director for Stroz Friedberg. In this role, Paul developed several of the firm’s products and services with an APAC focus, and personally led client engagements in cyber security assessments, C-level cyber incident table-top exercises, and data breach investigations. He also served as a thought leader and represented the firm in numerous venues, forums, and major public events.

Sam Coco is the Head of Global Information for Fidelity International. Based in Hong Kong since 2011, Sam oversees the information security program across the globe while also having oversight for cyber security in Asia Pacific. ​

Sam has over 12 years of experience in the security field. Prior to his current role, Sam was the Information Security, Senior Manager for Asia Pacific where his role focused on governance, risk and compliance well as supporting security assurance across the region. Previous to that, Sam was part of Fidelity International’s Corporate Security function where he was involved in internal investigations, background vetting and due diligence activities in addition to supporting information security in the region. ​

Sam started his career in Sydney Australia in 2003 and held a number of technology roles before joining Fidelity International in 2005.

Dirk has over 29 years of Information Security experience starting his career in Melbourne, Australia with Fujitsu. He began working with federal government and defence along with retail, local and state government industries. He has worked in global cyber security teams across various financial services organisations including Commonwealth Bank of Australia, ANZ Bank, National Australia Bank, AIG. Dirk joined the Hong Kong Jockey Club as the Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Technology Risk in 2019 and is driving a transformation and move to automate cyber security capabilities. Prior to joining the Hong Kong Jockey Club, Dirk worked as the Global Head of Cyber Security for Australia’s latest Bank helping to build one of the first digital banks in South Africa, Tyme Digital. He is a transformation leader of cyber security delivery and risk methodologies with a strong focus on digital banking and development of cloud strategy for financial services, government, and critical infrastructure services.

Dirk studied Computer Science & Technology at La Trobe University, and has numerous industry qualifications. He was appointed Chair of Cyber Committee for Fintech Association Hong Kong in 2018, and Co-Chair of the Cyber and Cloud Committee in 2020.

Micky Lo is currently the Head of Risk for Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG). He joined GEG in Feb 2022. He currently manages and oversees the Corporate Risk and Crisis Mgmt; Technology Risk Mgmt and Cyber Security units. He is leading the corporate team with the mission to enable business solutions while proactively protecting GEG from risks in a balanced control environment. He oversees and govern the implementation of the enterprise wide risk roadmap with particular focus on risk management methodology and risk posture reporting.

He has over 30 years of IT experience in Financial Service Industry that spans across a diversified IT management disciplines including regional and location management, IT and security architecture, distributed computing engineering, technology infrastructure operation, outsourcing/in-sourcing management, IT risk management and technology audit.

Before joining GEG, Micky was the Chief Technology Risk Officer APAC at BNY Mellon. Prior to that Micky was the Head of IT Security APAC and Head of Technology Greater China for Deutsche Bank. Micky has held various management positions in IT management, IT Security/Risk management and Audit with JPMorgan and Citibank.

Micky received a Bachelor of Mathematic degree from the University of Waterloo (Canada) and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from University of Western Ontario (Canada).

Valerian Rossigneux has over 15 years of experience in fighting hackers in the European and Asian region. As a seasoned risk practitioner, Val knows the threat vectors and understands how they operate enabling him to design security strategies to stop breaches.

Johnny Kho is the Director of Singtel’s Managed Security Services, leading the security team responsible for advancing security operations and management for organisations across varied industries. Prior to his current role, Johnny led the Emerging Technology team at Trustwave – a Singtel company, where he led architects to arrive at solutions to secure Cloud, IT/OT Security domains. For more than 20 years, Johnny’s career has stemmed deeply from Information Technology and Cybersecurity, and the collectively years established him as a cybersecurity professional equipped with both technical and management skillsets. Johnny spends his time beyond work by contributing to the cybersecurity community. He is most notably active as the President of Association of Information Security Professionals (AISP). A passionate advocator for cyber safe digital economy, Johnny also started the Cybersecurity Awareness & Advisory Programme for SMEs in Singapore, supported by the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA).

Foad leads the Channels and Alliances go-to-market for Zscaler across Asia Pacific and Japan. Passionate about delivering customer innovation and success through human centred technology and solutions, Foad brings 17+ years experience in the Telco, networking cyber and managed services with expertise in sales leadership, channel success and enterprise transformation enablement. Foad's remit has equipped him with in-country working experience and insights across APJ, USA and UK markets.

Mark Chan is the Technical Director at Votiro, overseeing and supervising solutions in Asia Pacific and Japan. Mark Chan has over 20  years of diverse experience in all aspects of vendor and channel business with a successful track record as a Cybersecurity Solution Expert. He is highly skilled in system integration, consultancy, pre-sales support, partner enablement training, end-user training, and thought leadership.  He is an expert in technology risk management and IS/Cybersecurity and holds leadership positions both locally and regionally.

Kit Leung is Tenable’s Senior Security Engineer for Hong Kong and Macau. He evangelizes the criticality of Cyber Exposure, importance of vulnerability assessment and how to move ahead to vulnerability management. Kit also help different organization to address fundamental needs of Cyber Security – inventory assets, identify vulnerabilities, devices’ configuration in different area. And ultimately organization can enhanced security posture by automate the process, analyse the outcome and adjust their security planning and policy to align the business needs.

Kit has more than 20 years’ experience in the information technology industry, with expertise in information security. He specialized in multiple security domains across configuration and patch management, network security and endpoint security. He also participated in a wide array of IT security projects across different industries, including Government, Utilities, FSI.

Irene is an accomplished Product Director with extensive ICT exposure. Her proven history of success is accredited by balancing organizational relationships, technical and business objectives to achieve profitability for the company. She has more than 12 years of experience in the areas of business and product management. ​

She is currently working in Singtel as Associate Director, Product and Business Management, Cyber Security. Prior to joining Singtel, Irene was a Client Manager, APJ in HP Inc. and Business Manager, Manged Services in Fujitsu. Her expertise in ICT and Cyber Security allows her to execute the right market strategy and design initiatives with different level of stakeholders to the relevant markets. ​

Irene supports the product management community through mentorship. She volunteers as the mentor in ADPList, one of the top mentors listed in Singapore and National Trade Union Congress Youth.

Vivian is the Head of Information Security at CLSA. Prior to joining CLSA, Vivian worked at Technology start-up’s and financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. She held various roles such as Global Head of Networks, Chief Information Security Officer, and Data Security Engineer. Vivian is passionate about security and speaks at local schools to promote security awareness.

Cyril is a cyber risk subject matter expert with extensive experience working to protect organizations from digital threats. In his current roles, he works to help executives make risk-informed decisions about how to keep their organizations safe from cybercriminals.

Cyril believes that the best way to prevent cyber attacks is to take a proactive approach, which emphasizes a clear understanding of the entire network and all connected devices, so that potential vulnerabilities and threats can be identified and addressed before they can be exploited by cybercriminals. This comprehensive view allows for a more coordinated response to incidents, with security teams able to quickly isolate affected systems and prevent the spread of malwares and attacks.

Billy is a Staff Solutions Engineer at Snyk covering Asia-Pacific with more than 12 years of experience in coding, devOps, observability, cloud and application security. ​

Mickey Perre is the APAC Cyber Security Strategist working at Devo with a long and varied background in Cyber and IT. ​

Before joining private enterprise, he worked across multiple industries including Government, Legal, Gambling and Healthcare. Mickey is a tactician who enjoys providing talk topics that are not only relevant but actionable.

Mr. Anson Poon joined GS1 Hong Kong in 2015. Before he joined GS1, he has over 15 years experience in different fields ranging from quality assurance, supply chain, operations and sales & marketing. ​

Mr. Anson Poon is currently working as Senior Supply Chain Consultant in GS1 Hong Kong. He has been involved in a number of process mapping and technology implementation projects which helped companies to identify their current situation with recommendations to enhance their supply chain. In addition, he is also leading all supply chain traceability audits with over 20 companies a year to provide recommendations on supply chain improvements. Mr. Poon obtained Master Degree in Business Administration from Charles Sturt University. He has equipped with ISO 22000 qualification, Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Level 3 certification and 5S Blue Belt. He had completed SCOR-Professional Certificate course, Certified Supply Chain Professional Certification course and has been accredited from GS1 global as a global traceability auditor.

His experience spans Asia-Pacific and Japan and his expertise is in helping organizations manage their Third Party and Organizational Risk exposure. ​

Today, as BitSight’s APAC Consulting Engineer Manager, he is often engaged with companies to assess their security posture. He provides counsel on developing a risk-based approach backed by reliable data, so organizations can maximize their security investment and ROI. Dr Frederick Yip is a PhD in Software Engineering, a senior executive and board member of various organisations in Asia. He has over 20 years of industrial and consulting experience to deliver complex and challenging projects across different industries.

He is currently an advisory member of the Hong Kong Government Aviation Development and Three-runway System Advisory Committee, Advisory Committee on Cruise Industry and the Hong Kong Hospital Authority’s Hospital Governing Committee. He was also selected as a member of the Worldwide Microsoft Partner Advisory Council (PAC) in the past, where he participated in sharing his opinions and views with other members from across the globe.

Combining his passion for technology and more than 20 years of experience, Paul assists his clients on commercial or contentious legal issues related to the use of technology or data. ​
