Design Thinking approach is adopted by leading brands such as Apple, Google, Samsung, and Coca-Cola, and continues to grow with “people-oriented” design. As customers become more tech-savvy, they tend to create demand in the market. Whoever knows more about the needs of customers are usually the winners. Only being "customer-oriented" can the companies understand the in-depth wants of customers, creating good products and customer experiences, and thus making continuous stream of income for the company.

This workshop focuses on the practical application of Design Thinking in business through case sharing and practical innovation tools, aiming to help companies to create new value for customers.
