While e-commerce is growing at a significant rate, retailers are also stepping up their efforts to improve in-store experience and leverage technologies for both customers and internal communications. In this seminar, we will explore future development trends of creating sustainable retail experiences, streamlining management to gain control and visibility of a mixed workforce and intelligent CRM.
