Anna has more than 30 years of CEO experience in steering the strategic direction of the organisation, spearheading major strategic innovative initiatives that have revolutionized the way companies do business locally and globally, helping HK business community thrive.

She has led GS1 Hong Kong to establish platforms, ecosystems and programmes that have driven industry adoption of global supply chain standards, practices and technologies to enhance business efficiency, facilitate digital commerce, drive IoT development and enable sustainable value chain across industries.

In fostering a collaborative ecosystem, Ms Lin holds a number of appointments in both government and local industry organizations as well as regional organisations, including:

Ms Lin is a native of Hong Kong. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Birmingham United Kingdom.

David Wei is a seasoned digital marketing professional with extensive experience spanning international markets, particularly in Hong Kong and China.

He has demonstrated expertise in devising and executing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. David’s skillset includes managing social media and content, optimizing paid media performance, driving cross-border e-commerce, as well as spearheading omnichannel marketing initiatives.

Currently, David serves as the Head of Digital Marketing and Ecommerce for Friso, a globally recognized brand in the infant and toddler formula nutrition market, under the esteemed FrieslandCampina Hong Kong umbrella.

Prior to his role at Friso, David leveraged over a decade of agency-side experience to collaborate with renowned multinational FMCG brands such as P&G, Unilever, Nestlé, Reckitt, and General Mills. He has worked at leading creative and digital agencies, including McCann, Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB, and BBDO.

Ms Ho has been working in supply chain and international logistics arena since 90’s responsible for introducing and managing Asia Pacific supply chain management for leading multinational companies. She leads the companies to drive continuous adjustment in supply chain management in order to meet different market needs and channels needs for driving the company's growth.

Ms Ho current position is the Principal Consultant for GS1 Hong Kong, a worldwide supply chain standards body, leading the professional services team to provide supply chain and logistics management trainings, manage APEC, ADB or local government supply chain initiatives as well as provide business consultation services.

Ms Ho is also a Part-time lecturer for Hong Kong University and Vocation Training Council on Service Supply Chain, General Management, People Management, Operations Management and International Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

Since the 90s, Ms Ho has set up an Asia Pacific supply chain function for various multi-national corporations. She has introduced supply chain strategies from network balancing, production optimization, value-added logistics and efficient consumer response to corporations. Ms Ho is currently leading the GS1 professional services team, has trained over thousands of trainees over years, spoke over hundreds of events on modern logistics and supply chains for government, industry associations or companies, and managed over hundreds of projects from government to individual company across countries.

Ms Ho is also core members of ECR Hong Kong Advisory Board, Food & Beverage Industry Advisory Board, the Government’s Trade Consultation Group and Consumer Liaison Group, Food Safety Consortium, Trade Advisor for Trade Industry Department (SUCCESS) and Trade Advisor for Trade Development Council (SME).

Caric Cheung is the General Manager in Kerry Logistics (Hong Kong) Limited, leading the food and beverage vertical business and operation. Working in the Asia-based, global 3PL company with a highly diversified business portfolio and the strongest coverage in Asia, Caric manages a team of logistics professionals to deliver innovative and specialized supply chain solutions for clients in the dynamic food and beverage industry.

Caric has more than 23 years’ experience in supply chain management industry, servicing at different corporate and field-based positions in various business segments in Hong Kong.  Early in his career, Caric spent several years in the leasing and records management sectors. This early experience allowed him to develop a solid knowledge base and gain experience working from frontline business and operational roles. This foundation proved invaluable as he progressed through his career. Prior to his current role, Caric was appointed to oversee the business development of the electronic and technology industry, as well as cross-border transportation operations in Hong Kong. This suggests he has expertise spanning multiple industries and functions within the supply chain management field.

Caric graduated from the University of Hong Kong with bachelor’s degree in Science which equipped him with a range of analytical and problem solving skills that are highly valued in many industries and professions. 

Roland was born and raised in Hong Kong, he has numerous working experience in various industries, including retail management, supply chain management, IT and manufacturing operations, etc.

Before joining Maxim’s Group, Roland was the Senior Consultant in McKinsey & Co. He also served as Board member for Luckin Coffee Inc., Chairman of Governance Committee and member of Audit Committee.

In addition, Roland worked as COO for Charoen Pokphand Group for building the integrated supply chain operations with the group’s retail systems, including food & beverages stores, CVS, supermarkets, and shopping malls. He has had joint Starbucks China & Asia Pacific as senior vp, as well as in Yum! Brands China as VP.

Suzanne Cheung is a highly experienced sustainability and corporate communications professional, with over 14 years in senior positions across different industries. She is a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Environmental Impact Assessment and the Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professionals.

As the Head of Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability at Swire Coca-Cola HK, Suzanne plays a key role in conveying corporate developments and achievements to stakeholders. She is also responsible for leading the implementation of the Swire Coca-Cola 2030 SD Strategy in the Hong Kong market, which encompasses sustainability strategies and plans for 'Planet', 'Product' and 'People'.

Suzanne is an active contributor to the industry. She has served as a member of the Membership and Disciplinary Panel for the Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professionals since 2020, and as a member of the Board of Examiners for the Hong Kong Sustainability Awards from 2021 to 2024, organized by the Hong Kong Management Association. She has also been a mentor at the HKUST School of Science in 2022 and served as a judge for the 2023 PR Awards by Marketing-Interactive. She is often invited to lead industry discussions on sustainability-related policies and regulations in the Hong Kong Beverage Association and Drink Without Waste.

Ravel Lai is a seasoned IT and digital veteran with a remarkable track record of over three decades in the retail and consumer products industry. With extensive expertise in various sectors, including consumer electronics, food and beverage, FMCG, fashion, and shopping malls, Ravel has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive digital transformation and innovation.

He is currently the Executive Director & Chief Information Officer of Uni-China Group, where he guides the IT team in implementing the digital transformation strategies across multiple business domains. His role covers retail, trading, F&B, distribution, cold chain, wet market, and property management. Under his direction, the team adopts advanced technologies that help Uni-China to keep up with the fast-changing digital environment.

Before his current role at Uni-China Group, Ravel performed excellently as the General Manager of Business Technology at Hysan, where he influenced the company's technology strategy and created new business opportunities. During his time there, he successfully applied various technologies, promoting innovation and digitalization within Hysan. Remarkably, Ravel led projects involving 5G, RPA, AR/VR/MR, AI data analysis, machine learning, ecommerce, and marketing technology, supporting the company's growth and success.

Prior to joining Hysan, Ravel held the prestigious role of Chief Digital Officer/Chief Information Officer at DCH, where he initiated the organization's digital goals by combining IT and digital aspects across all business units. His focus areas included customer relationship management, marketing effectiveness, supply chain optimization, and enterprise risk management. Ravel effectively changed the company's corporate culture, encouraging innovation and cooperation among a diverse workforce of 17,000 employees across 12 Asian economies.

From 2013 to 2018, Ravel was the Regional IT and Digital Director at a leading restaurant group in Asia, managing the digital activities of Pizza Hut & KFC. His outstanding leadership in digital and social media marketing, as well as digital transformation, earned him industry recognition and many awards. Ravel was named World CIO 200 in 2023 and 2024, AESAN CIO 100 in 2023, China's Top CIO in 2016, and one of the Top 50 Innovative Retail Leaders in Hong Kong in 2017.

With his vast experience, visionary mindset, and proven ability to drive technological advancements, Ravel Lai continues to make significant contributions to the IT and digital landscape, transforming businesses and shaping the future of retail and consumer products.

Nigel Wong is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development. His career began in Canada, where he dedicated many years to refining his expertise in these areas. During this period, he achieved significant success in the IT industry, serving as a regional sales executive. In this role, he was responsible for managing global key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Following a successful career in Canada, Nigel returned to his roots in Hong Kong, embarking on a new chapter in his professional journey. In 2020, he co-founded Wong & Associates Global, a company that has since expanded into various industries, including food, trading, and health. One of its prominent subsidiaries, Nikuya-O, has become a key player in the food industry. His entrepreneurial success is a testament to his strategic vision, leadership, and ability to capitalize on market opportunities.
His achievements in the business world are built on a strong educational foundation. He pursued studies in Computer Science at the University of Alberta, gaining valuable technical knowledge that has played a crucial role in leveraging technology to drive business growth and efficiency.
